As a Recruitment Consultant, you will bridge the gap between Tier-1 contractors, boutique developers, and the elite technical talent that powers them. This isn't just about administrative placement it's about understanding site dynamics, project lifecycles, and the nuances of the built environment.
Talent market mapping: Drawing intelligence from projects
Talent Scouting: Proactively source high-level professionals, including Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Site Engineers etc.
Vetting talents : Assess candidates on their project portfolios and their ability to manage complex sub-contractor environments.
Business Development: Act as a consultant to our clients, advising them on market, talent avaliabilities , and retention strategies in a competitive labor market.
Pre-requsities
Diploma in Real Estate, Engineering
Prior work experience in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Property is preferred , either sales or project
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Curiosity and ability to handle objection
