You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and professionals in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates within the Banking & Financial Services sector.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job qualification, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
