As we continue to scale, we are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Senior Recruitment Specialist (at the Associate Director/Director level) to join our team.
This is a true 360° recruitment role, where you will take ownership of both client development and candidate delivery. You will be expected to build and grow your own portfolio of clients, manage end-to-end search mandates, and play a key role in shaping the firm's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a portfolio of clients within Legal & Governance functions
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from business development to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders (e.g., General Counsel, Heads of Legal, HR leaders)
- Source, assess, and manage high-calibre candidates across the region
- Provide market insights on talent trends, compensation, and hiring strategies
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in 360° recruitment is crucial, ideally within Legal, Compliance, or a specialist desk (HR) We are open to explore other desks as well.
- Strong business development capabilities and commercial mindset
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
