We are a newly established BPO company seeking a committed and driven individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant to support our clients hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Liaise with clients to understand their hiring requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules and support recruitment operations
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation, candidates records and reporting
- Contribute to recruitment process improvements and employer branding
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualification. Higher Nitec candidate will require to have at least 1 year of working experience.
- CEI is a must
- Confident, proactive, and professional demeanor
- Results-oriented with a focus on timely delivery and accountability
- Mature mindset and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Fresh graduates or individuals without experience are also encouraged to apply. Structured coaching will be provided if necessary.
Experienced Consultants may be offered Managerial/Team Lead opportunities.
