Recruitment Consultant (All Levels)

We are looking for self-motivated Freelance Recruitment Consultants (all levels) to join our professional network. According to your level of expertise, this is a partnership designed for entry consultant to high-performers who want to run their own desk with total autonomy while leveraging an established brand and back-office infrastructure.

If you are an Entry level/Fresh/Mid-Career switcher, structured OJT (on the job training) is provided for you to adapt into the role and grow with the business.

What You'll Do

• End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the full talent acquisition lifecycle, from strategic sourcing and deep-dive screening to offer negotiation and closing.

• Specialized Sourcing: Use your niche market expertise to identify high-caliber talent that traditional methods often miss.

• Business Development & Account Management: Generate leads and penetrate industries to clinch business agreements and act as the primary point of contact for the clients that you bring in.

• Quality Control: Maintain a high standard of candidate experience, ensuring every interaction is professional, transparent, and efficient.
