We are seeking a driven individual to join our dynamic team as a Recruitment Consultant. You may be an experienced recruiter with a proven track record or a fresh graduate eager to build a career in the recruitment industry. In this role, you'll identify new business opportunities, connect clients with top talent, and balance client needs, market trends, and candidate expectations while achieving performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the permanent recruitment space through cold calling, networking or referrals.
- Manage 360 degrees end-to-end recruitment from job posting, sourcing, screening, selection of candidates, offer management and negotiation.
- Maintain a talent pool with a pipeline of qualified candidates and continuously engage with passive candidates to keep them interested in future roles
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of client requirements and tailor tender responses accordingly.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build a robust professional network.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business and other related business discipline(s).
- Min 1 yr & above proven experience in business development, client management strategies within the recruitment agency industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
