Key Responsibilities
Business Development (Primary Focus)
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in HR Outsourcing and recruitment services.
- Conduct market research, lead generation, and client engagement (meetings, proposals, follow-ups).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring service quality and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to design business strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Talent Acquisition (Secondary Focus)
- Support recruitment activities: job posting, sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding.
- Maintain a talent pipeline to meet client and internal hiring needs.
- Provide recruitment insights and reports to support business decisions.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with HR Ops, Payroll, and Compliance teams to align recruitment with client requirements.
- Ensure smooth communication between business development and recruitment functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred).
- 2-4 years experience in business development, client relationship management, or recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment channels (LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in multicultural environments.
- Results-driven, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel, recruitment platforms, and CRM tools.
