Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment professional to join our growing team in Singapore. Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment cycle from acquiring clients to successfully placing candidates, ensuring alignment with client hiring needs
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships to accurately identify and anticipate talent requirements
- Prepare detailed candidate profiles and effectively present shortlisted candidates to clients to support informed hiring decisions
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate timely feedback exchange between clients and candidates to streamline the recruitment process
- Negotiate job offers and oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth candidate integration
- Consistently achieve individual and team recruitment targets by driving proactive sourcing and placement strategies
- Utilize MS Office and email tools to manage recruitment documentation and communication efficiently
Required competencies and certifications
- Certificate in Employment Intermediaries
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through effective client and candidate engagement
- Excellent organizational and time management skills applied to prioritize recruitment activities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and email applications to support recruitment operations
