Job Description
BizChamp International College is seeking a motivated and results driven Recruitment Agent to support student recruitment and business development activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective students, promoting the college's programmes, and assisting applicants throughout the admission and enrolment process.
Key Responsibilities
. Identify and engage prospective students through various recruitment channels
. Promote the college's programmes and provide accurate information on course offerings, admission requirements, fees, and study pathways
. Generate and follow up on leads to achieve enrolment targets
. Conduct consultations with prospective students and recommend suitable programmes based on their educational goals
. Assist students with application, registration, and enrolment procedures
. Ensure all required documentation is collected and submitted accurately
. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, education partners, and referral sources
. Participate in education fairs, roadshows, open houses, seminars, and marketing events
. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, applications, and enrolments in CRM systems
. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive student experience
. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to expand recruitment activities
. Achieve individual recruitment and performance targets
Requirements
. Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification
. Experience in recruitment, sales, business development, education consultancy, customer service, or related fields will be an advantage
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
. Excellent relationship building and networking abilities
. Results driven with a passion for achieving targets
. Self motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
. Strong organisational and time management skills
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
. Experience using CRM systems will be an advantage
