Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Full spectrum of recruitment and selection process including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, short listing of candidates, staff orientation and also exit interviews
  • HR administration – leave administration, staff exits, update handbook
  • Administer employee medical benefits and related insurance claims and issues
  • Participate in HR / Admin related activities
  • General administrative duties
  • Monitoring of stationeries and beverages supplies, ensure good housekeeping of office, etc
  • Assist in processing quotations, invoicing, filing, etc

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office including MS Outlook / Word / Powerpoint
  • Must possess at least NITEC / Diploma in any field
  • At least 2 years working experience in similar position
  • Attention of detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
