Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate the hiring process for top talent in the autonomous vehicle industry
• Engage with candidates from around the world, schedule interviews, and collect feedback to help build a world-class team
• Collaborate with the recruiting team and hiring managers to optimize candidates experiences and ensure a seamless hiring process
• Lead projects and initiatives focused on employer branding, talent mapping, and sourcing
• Drive recruitment-related events like career fairs, tech talks, and meetups

Requirements:

• Current tertiary student or graduate
• Meticulous and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Ability to commit to at least three months of full-time work
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment
