About the Role
As a Recruiting Intern, you will support the recruitment team in identifying and engaging top talent while gaining hands-on exposure to the end-to-end hiring process. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to develop practical recruitment skills, work closely with experienced consultants, and contribute to meaningful hiring projects across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruiters in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and coordinate interview arrangements.
- Assist in maintaining and updating candidate records within the ATS system.
- Help build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Conduct market mapping and talent research for ongoing hiring projects.
- Support the team with administrative and recruitment coordination tasks.
- Learn and apply effective recruitment strategies, including Boolean search techniques.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and the HR industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, or ATS systems is a plus.
- Prior internship or exposure to the tech industry is an advantage but not required.
