Recruiter / TA HR (Tai Seng)

Job Scope:

• Lead recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates to fulfill client's staffing requirements
• Manage client and candidate relationships
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts
• Explore opportunities in headhunting, staffing, recruitment, and project management
