Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process for engineering and construction positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
  • Manage candidate documentation, onboarding, and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and daily hiring updates.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 1–3 years of recruitment experience in engineering / construction industry
  • Experience in mass hiring is an added advantage
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Familiar with LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets
