Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Recruiter to manage both campus and experienced recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across various levels to meet business needs. This role requires a strategic approach to campus hiring while simultaneously managing experienced recruitment efforts. Effective collaboration with recruiting leads, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams is essential to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Campus Recruitment:
- Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent from universities and colleges.
- Build and maintain relationships with career services, faculty, and student organizations to strengthen campus presence.
- Organize and participate in campus events, job fairs, and recruitment drives to promote the company's brand.
- Manage internship and graduate hiring programs, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Act as a point of contact for campus candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Experienced Recruitment:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for experienced hires, from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting leads to define hiring needs, job requirements, and recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, internal databases, and employee referrals.
- Ensure a high-touch candidate experience through consistent and timely communication at all stages.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices for experienced roles.
Operational Excellence:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate activities within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Partner with HR, onboarding, and shared services teams to ensure compliance and smooth transitions.
- Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives to strengthen the company's talent pipeline.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in any related discipline.
- 5+ years of proven experience in recruitment, with a mix of campus and experienced hiring.
- Experience in recruiting for technology or consulting roles is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage priorities independently.
