About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Recruiter to drive both campus and experienced hiring efforts across the organization. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across multiple levels and functions.
You will partner closely with recruiting leads, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and impactful recruitment experience. This position requires someone who can think strategically about campus hiring while efficiently managing the full lifecycle of experienced recruitment.
Job scopes
Campus Recruitment
- Develop and execute comprehensive campus recruitment strategies to attract high-potential talent.
- Build excellent relationships with universities, career centres, faculty, and student organizations.
- Represent the company at campus events, job fairs, and recruitment drives to strengthen employer branding.
- Manage internship and graduate hiring programs, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for campus candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
Experienced Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for experienced hires-from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiting leads to define hiring requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, internal databases, and referrals.
- Ensure consistent, high-touch communication to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor hiring practices to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate with HR, onboarding, and shared services teams to ensure compliance and smooth transitions.
- Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on recruitment experience, with exposure to both campus and experienced hiring.
- Background in recruiting for technology or consulting roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and recruitment platforms
- Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering a best-in-class hiring experience.
