Recruiter
The Role
The ideal candidate will act as the brand ambassador of the Company and will be responsible for end to end hiring of talents at all levels. He/ She will also act as a talent scout to proactively connect with passive talents to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
- Identify talent through a variety of channels
- Manage the full recruitment process from screening, interviewing, job offer to onboarding
- Draft and prepare job descriptions
- Maintain the database to ensure all information is accurate and updated
- Prepare regular recruitment and manpower reports
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure all active positions are filled
- Administer any funding related to recruitment/ internship
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in talent attraction
- Experienced in both active and passive candidate sourcing, conducting searches using a variety of channels including social media and other creative search approach
- A self-starter, team player with the ability to quickly adapt to new environment
- Multi-tasker who is well organized and able to perform well under stress with a tight timeline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
