At AMS, we focus on skills, potential, and the ability to grow. We are looking for a Recruiter - a role designed for Recruiters ready to step into higher stakeholder ownership, more complex delivery, and enhanced advisory responsibilities.

If you're passionate about consultative recruitment, partnering with senior stakeholders, and shaping candidate experience at a strategic level, this role represents a meaningful next step in your AMS career.

Key Accountabilities:

What you'll do:

  • Work directly with senior hiring managers across complex business areas in a high‑touch, high‑impact role
  • Influence hiring decisions through data‑driven insights, market expertise, and strategic consultation
  • Build and own strong senior stakeholder relationships as a trusted advisor on recruitment and workforce planning
  • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment delivery with full autonomy, including consultation, negotiation, and offer management
  • Deliver a high‑quality candidate experience, managing complex interviews, offers, and reward structures
  • Shape sourcing strategies in partnership with the Sourcing team and build proactive talent pipelines
  • Track recruitment funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain ATS/CRM data accuracy, manage scope, and ensure compliance with AMS and client requirements

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong stakeholder partnering, relationship‑building, and influencing skills, with the ability to manage senior‑level expectations
  • Excellent communication skills with a sense of ownership, pace, and the ability to manage expectations effectively
  • Proven end‑to‑end recruitment experience (agency, RPO, or in‑house), ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or automation roles, sales, service or technical roles.
  • Strong prioritization, problem‑solving, and judgment skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, complex environment
  • Data‑driven and solutions‑focused mindset, using insights to guide decisions and improve outcomes
  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes, ATS/CRM systems, MS Office, and adherence to compliance and data accuracy
  • Fluent in English, Malay, Bahasa, with willingness to work in Jurong East area three days per week
