Plan, schedule and monitor work progress at site with agreed timeline and sequencing of construction works prepare weekly progress reports and construction schedules
Maintain and monitor quality controls
Manage site activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Ensure all Civil and structural works are done in accordance to drawings and specifications Coordinate work with multiple disciplines such as civil and mechanical
Deal with marine construction or land construction works
Liaison with client and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
Manage site activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements: -
Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related disciplines
Minimum 17 years experience in civil works at construction sites and marine works in Singapore
