Reclamation Worker

Job Description:

- Delivered civil works for AGV charging stations, including reinforced concrete plinths and end feed bays

- Executed extensive electrical cable and reefer trench networks, pipe encasements, and turnover pits in full compliance with approved drawings and project specifications

- Supervised construction of manholes, cable pits, and hand holes for communication and electrical systems, ensuring proper duct alignment, effective drainage, and adherence to fiber bending radius requirements

- Led on-site casting and quality control of precast trench and cable pit covers, meeting required load classifications and strict dimensional tolerances

- Prepared submitted RFIs (Requests for Inspection), inspection reports, and supporting documentation for submission to client, achieving timely approvals with minimal comments/NCRs

- Coordinated closely with M&E, telecom, survey, and QA/QC teams to ensure smooth workflow and successful milestone completion within scheduled timelines

- Monitored daily site progress, manpower allocation, subcontractor performance and material usage to enhance productivity and minimize delays

- Manage concrete booking, scheduling and ordering for all casting activities to ensure continuous site operations

- Conduct mandrel testing and prepared inspection reports for submission to client, ensuring compliance with project standards

Job Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related disciplines

- Minimum 16 years experience in civil works at construction sites and marine works in Singapore

- Contract basis

- 5.5 days workweek

- Work location in Woodlands
