Job Summary
JUTURNA PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Reclaimer Master to operate and oversee marine reclamation works onboard a reclaimer barge in Singapore waters, coordinating daily sand discharge, spreading, and level control activities.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor reclaimer barge systems, including conveyors and discharge equipment, to ensure efficient sand discharge
- Carry out sand spreading, trimming, and level control to meet project reclamation requirements
- Coordinate with vessels to manage the receiving and discharge of fill materials smoothly
- Collaborate with survey teams to verify and achieve required reclamation levels accurately
- Guide and supervise onboard crew to complete daily operational tasks safely and effectively
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and safe work procedures during all operations
- Perform routine equipment checks and assist with basic maintenance to maintain operational readiness
- Read and interpret reclamation drawings, survey data, and project specifications to execute works precisely
- Maintain daily operational records and activity logs for project tracking and reporting
- Communicate with the project team to coordinate daily reclamation activities and resolve issues promptly
