RECEPTIONIST (CORPORATE FRONT DESK)

SINGAPOREANS/PRs ONLY

Salary - $2,400.00 -$3,200.00per month

ABOUT THE ROLE

Role Overview

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to support a corporate front desk environment within a prestigious aviation organisation. This role is critical in delivering a high standard of service and ensuring smooth daily operations at the reception counter.

JOBDESCRIPTION

  • Welcome, greet, and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage incoming calls, route enquiries, and relay messages accurately
  • Attend to public and internal enquiries promptly
  • Monitor visitor access and security
  • Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and escalate suspicious items when required
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the reception area
  • Support meeting arrangements, including guest coordination and setup
  • Provide administrative and ad-hoc clerical support
  • Manage inventory and reception-related consumables

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum GCE O Level (with credit in English)
  • Prior experience in receptionist / front desk / customer service roles preferred
  • Good communication skills in English (and any other language is an advantage)
  • Well-groomed with a pleasant personality
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Able to maintain professionalism in a corporate environment

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Candidates must maintain a professional appearance in line with corporate standards
  • Training will be provided prior to deployment

WORKING HOURS

  • Depending on the different organisational need
  • Off on weekends & public holidays
