Job Description

. Attend to visitors and answer phone calls maintenance of telephone system, monitor IDD expenses and source of service vendor to ensure competitiveness of cost

. Maintaining and updating the worldwide shoplist, telephone and fax numbers in frequent usage by staff

. Provide administrative support to the office, e.g. creation of PO, manage EVO system etc

. In charge of upkeep and maintenance of the office and its supplies. Ensure the office in line with group standard.

. Provide administrative service to the company, select service vendors, monitor the cost and performance of the vendors, Manage service/maintenance contract (e.g. pest control, aircon, etc.)

. Manage office stationery and equipment servicing (e.g. photo copier, etc).

. Provide periodic support for travel management. Update and share booking resources, guidelines, updated policies & regulations, process & procedures. Arrange training for employees when needed.

. Organise travel for assigned departments, ensure compliance of travel policy. Monitor and evaluate the performance of appointed travel agent and ensure the travel cost is competitive with the markets

. Support other ad-hoc office admin projects/ tasks as per request
