Receptionist

We are looking for a warm and energetic Host/Receptionist to be the first face our guests see and the last voice they hear.

Role Overview

As our Receptionist, you are the gatekeeper of the dining room. Your main goal is to manage the flow of guests, manage reservations, and ensure a seamless welcome that sets the tone for a perfect meal.

Key Responsibilities

. Warm Welcomes: Greet guests with a genuine smile as they arrive and bid them farewell as they leave.

. Reservation Management: Manage the booking system (e.g., OpenTable, Resy, or host stand tablet), manage waitlists, and answer phone calls to take reservations or answer menu questions.

. Guest Coordination: Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and ensure they are comfortable before handing them over to the serving team.

. Communication: Communicate clearly with waitstaff and managers about special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries) or specific guest requests.

. Lobby Management: Monitor the waiting area, manage coat check (if applicable), and maintain a tidy host stand.
4 off days monthly, rest days depend on schedule

able to work long hours and late in evenings and weekends

Requirements

Qualifications - diploma or high school diploma

Work experience- at least two year sales working experience in related fields

Job type- full time

Required languages: English and able to communicate with mandarin speaking customers
