We're looking for a
Receptionist / Office Management Specialist to be the first point of contact for our office and a key support to day-to-day office operations in the Singapore Headquarters. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, growing environment, is adaptable to change, and takes pride in creating positive office experiences for employees and visitors.
What You'll Do
- Be the friendly first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and deliveries, keeping the front desk running smoothly
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities coordination, building management, repairs, and vendor relationships.
- Oversee office supplies, pantry management, and workspace organisation to keep the office safe, functional, and presentable.
- Partner closely with the People Operations team to support employee engagement initiatives and coordinate office-based events and activities.
- Provide general administrative and operational support, assisting with cross-team coordination and improving office processes as the business scales.

- Comfortable handling front desk and receptionist responsibilities
- Experience in office, facilities, or building management
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-growing, changing environment
- Tech-savvy and confident using office systems and digital tools
