Job Description

Responsibilities:

. Provide good customer service in managing the phone calls and attend to client enquiries.

. Call, schedule and remind customers to confirm their appointment

. Provide admin, co-ordination and any other relevant support to the marketing team

in campaigns and promotions on social media platforms etc, when needed.

Requirements:

. 5.5 days work week (Mon to Fri : 11am to 8pm, Sat 10am to 2pm)

. Basic PC skills required

. Sales and/or customer service background would be an added advantage

. Friendly and warm personality

. Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred

. Preferably with some relevant work experience
