Responsibilities:
Provide a professional and welcoming reception experience for all guests, with special attention to VIPs.
Coordinate VIP arrivals, departures, and meetings with discretion and efficiency.
Manage front desk operations, including telephone, email, and visitor access management.
Arrange meeting room bookings and ensure hospitality services meet required standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to support executives and guest needs.
Maintain reception and guest areas to high-quality, premium standards.
Requirements:
Experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is preferred.
Proven track record in handling VIP clients or high-profile guests.
Presentable, service-oriented, and confident in interacting with senior stakeholders.
Able to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
