Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our APAC Regional Headquarters in Singapore.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Front Desk - greeting and welcoming as clients/candidates approach the front desk, keeping the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material, and communicate with staff, letting them know when their visitors have arrived.
  • Meeting Rooms - open office promptly by 8:30am from Mondays to Fridays and prepare reception area each morning, attend to visitors courteously and efficiently, manage conference room usage, including scheduling where required, and provide assistance with video conferences and other meetings as required by local and Korn Ferry offices globally.
  • Phone Calls - answer incoming calls to the general office promptly and forward inquiries to the appropriate partner or staff member, screen incoming calls, maintain and update phone directory, and manage general voicemail box and distribute messages as appropriate.
  • Other Administrative Duties - provide administrative support to Office Manager, provide support to Partners, PCs, EAs and/or key personnel as and when required, collection of incoming mail at the building mailbox, monitor delivery and pickup of all courier deliveries, assist with outgoing mail including franked and registered mails at the nearest postal office, submit vendor invoices into AP Workflow, and maintain stationery and update OM for new orders.

Education & Experience

  • GCE O or N level
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Highly organized, with good time management and good at multi-tasking
  • Strong and reliable team player
  • Customer service oriented with efficient client & candidate handling.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal and phone etiquette skills
  • Good knowledge of Company and use of technology
