Position : Receptionist
Contract period : 15 Dec 25 - 27 Nov 26
Working hours :
Mon - Fri : 7am - 4.30pm including 1 hr lunch
Salary : $2,580 per month with relevant working experience.
Notice Period : 2 weeks
Receptionist duties (Main)
.To provide frontline customer service i.e. man the reception answer phone queries attend to walk-in customers (including visitors, vendors, parents and students), receive delivery of goods attend to unwell students and provide basic first aid when necessary handle loan of spare uniforms and lost & found items.
.Contact parents to follow up on submission of documents MC/excuse letter submissions from students.
Other Administrative duties
.Manage Student Report book file and photocopy documents such as result slips.
.Print materials such as worksheets and exam papers other administrative duties when required etc.
Preferred qualifications and/or experience level of Temporary Employee(s) (if any):
.N / O level or its equivalent
.Has experience working with school students in school settings.
.Fluent in written and spoken
.Able to work both independently and as part of the Administration team
