- Greet and attend to visitors, ensuring a professional front desk experience
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are set up and ready for use
- Handle incoming calls, take messages, and direct enquiries appropriately
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including courier arrangements
- Maintain reception and pantry areas, including refreshments and supplies
- Coordinate travel arrangements and provide basic support to visiting staff
- Liaise with vendors for routine maintenance and office support
- Arrange reception coverage during staff absences
Secretarial Support
- Provide cover for administrative staff during leave periods
- Manage schedules, meetings, and conference calls
- Handle email and phone enquiries in a timely manner
- Coordinate travel bookings (flights, accommodation, transport)
- Support daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth coordination of activities
