Job Description:

  • Attend to visitors and screen incoming phone calls before transferring to the relevant person.
  • Mail Room - Handle huge number of In & Out mails, record keeping, disseminating posts and faxes to respective personnel.
  • Ordering office stationery, marketing material & pantry supplies.
  • Coordinate the reservation of meeting rooms. To check with users the numbers of attendees and prepare beverages when necessary.
  • Set up large team meetings, including organizing catering when needed
  • Ensure meeting rooms are kept tidy and neat at all times.
  • Manage equipment servicing schedule for office equipment, photocopier, water dispenser, etc
  • Any other duties as assigned

  • GCE O Level and Above
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Committed team player, resourceful and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English

Additional information:
  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • Salary up to $ 2200
  • Located at Raffles Place
