You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth front desk operation.
Your key responsibilities include:
Provide courteous and efficient service to all guests, responding promptly and tactfully to enquiries, requests, and complaints.
Perform cashiering duties in accordance with the residence's Standard Policies & Procedures.
Maintain positive guest relations and project a professional, hospitable image at all times.
Take ownership of guest concerns and resolve issues promptly escalate to supervisors when necessary and prepare glitch reports where required.
Ensure adherence to room security, emergency, and fire safety procedures.
Be knowledgeable about serviced residence facilities, services, and key city attractions to provide accurate information to guests.
Maintain professional communication with all internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors in a professional manner.
Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays
