  • Meet and greet visitors and offer refreshments
  • Answer incoming calls, helping with enquiries
  • Ensure the reception area is always tidy and presentable
  • Maintain security and telecommunications system
  • Upkeep and requisite of stationery and pantry items
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings
  • Manage meeting room bookings
  • Perform other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and shredding
  • Manage incoming/outgoing courier packages and other deliveries
  • Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned

  • Minimum diploma in a related field of study
  • Minimum of 2 years experience is preferred
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients, vendors and contractors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
