Responsibilities
- Greet and assist parents, students, staff, and visitors professionally to create a welcoming environment
- Manage phone and email enquiries by responding promptly and directing them to the appropriate staff
- Perform data entry, filing, document preparation, and maintain accurate records to support administrative functions
- Distribute incoming mail, letters, and documents efficiently to teachers and staff
- Support teachers by arranging stationery supplies and maintaining teachers mailboxes
- Attend to students who are unwell or injured by providing basic first aid and comfort
- Handle situations involving students who are sick or have soiled clothing with care and discretion
- Assist with school events, peak periods, and activities such as P1 registration or orientation to ensure smooth operations
- Support goods handling, including collection of forms and issuing school items as needed
- Carry out additional duties assigned by school leaders or administration to support overall school operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum GCE O/N Level or Nitec qualification
- At least 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support
- Comfortable using basic IT software such as MS Office, Excel, and AI tools
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working in a school setting
- Knowledge of basic first aid
