Job Description - Salon Receptionist cum Sales
- Respond to customer enquiries via company phone
- Manage and schedule appointments using the salon's booking system
- Provide service recommendations and basic consultation to customers
- Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments and daily reconciliation
- Support the team with general administrative and ad hoc duties as needed
Job Requirements
- Friendly and professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple appointments and customer needs efficiently
- Prior experience in customer service experience in a salon or beauty setting is an advantage
- Able to work retail hours, 6-day work week
