Job Scope:
Manage front desk operations: calls, emails, visitors, candidates, meeting support, and transport bookings.
Maintain reception area, handle deliveries, name card printing, and office maintenance reporting.
Oversee mail room operations: incoming/outgoing mail and courier coordination.
Support HR administration including onboarding/orientation, MOM work pass processing, offboarding, interview scheduling, and employee engagement activities.
Manage office, pantry, and HR-related supplies.
Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and service-oriented approach.
Customer-focused, proactive, and able to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic administrative skills, including data entry and filing.
Comfortable using standard office systems such as email, calendars, and Microsoft Office applications.
