We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Receptionist cum Barista to join our organization. This full-time position offers a unique blend of responsibilities, with a primary focus on reception and campus management duties, complemented by barista and showroom support tasks.
In addition to reception and caf duties, the successful candidate will play a supporting role in assisting showroom visitors and contributing to sales opportunities by engaging clients and introducing our furniture and design solutions.

. Guest Experience: Provide attentive and personalized service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
. Administrative Tasks: Handle phone calls, reservations, and guest requests efficiently. Assist with the receipt and distribution of stationery, mail, parcels, and other items.
. Campus Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the campus, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment for all users.
. Communication: Relay messages to the appropriate manager or salesperson in charge and support team members during peak operations as required.
. Ad Hoc Duties: Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support the team and maintain a high level of service.
. Prepare simple beverages such as coffee and tea for guests and staff as needed.
. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee station.
. Ensure proper hygiene and caf presentation standards at all times.
. Client Assistance: Welcome and assist showroom visitors by providing basic information about displayed furniture, workspace solutions, and products.
. Sales Support: Identify potential sales opportunities by engaging clients and directing them to the appropriate salesperson when needed.
. Product Introduction: Confidently introduce showroom collections and highlight key features of selected products.
. Lead Generation: Capture client details and inquiries and coordinate with the sales team for follow-up.
. Sales Mindset: Demonstrate a willingness to actively assist in sales conversations and contribute to showroom sales performance when opportunities arise.
. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in reception, hospitality, retail, or showroom environments.
. Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills.
. A proactive attitude with a willingness to assist in both service and sales-related tasks.
. Ability to multitask and maintain excellent attention to detail.
. Basic knowledge of barista skills is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided.
. Comfortable interacting with clients in a luxury showroom and retail environment.
