We have an opening for the following position:
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer their queries
- Manage meeting room bookings
- Co-ordinate with tea ladies to serve drinks to clients and visitors
- Coordinate overseas courier request
- Frank mails and ensure cost recovery
- Route incoming fax
- Take on any other duties as and when assigned
Qualifications / Skills:
. O levels to fresh grads welcome (Training will be provided)
. Maintain a professional appearance at all times
. PC literate and good knowledge of Microsoft office software (especially Excel and Word)
. Meticulous, strong organization and communication skills
. A can do attitude, is a team player with initiatives
. Good writing skills and phone mannerism
. Ability to multitask and adapt to environment
