Contract Period: Base year 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026 with option to extend for another year 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027
Working hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Job Scope:
- Attend to incoming phone calls from parents, members of the public, alumni, and other enquiries.
- Attend to walk-in customers e.g. students, teachers, parents members of the public and vendors.
- Attend to students with minor injury/unwell and maintain the sick bay.
- Contact parents of the unwell students to be taken home.
- Perform data entry and updating of students attendance records
- Support other general administrative operations at the General Office (eg. certification of documents, issuing of certificates and excuse slips, management and maintaining of stores)
- Any other duties assigned by school leaders and authorized personnel.
Requirements
- Nitec Certificate or O level certificate holder
- Pleasant and calm disposition
- Able to work independently
- Strong team player
- Strong customer service skills and professional telephone etiquette
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in schools performing similar roles (preferred)
- First Aid CPR with AED certification (advantageous)
