Scope:
Provide pleasant and attentive services to members of public stakeholders and members of school, i.e. parents, students etc with their enquiries and requests.
Provide timely, accurate and clear communication - both written and verbal - to members of public stakeholders and members of school, i.e. screen and direct calls, take and relay messages, provide required information for inquiries.
Attend to sick or injured students who report to the General Office (GO), and notify relevant staff as well as maintain records of sick bay usage. Knowledge of First Aid is preferred.
Support the GO staff with administration and operational matters, e.g. organize and sort mails, receive deliveries, assist with recording students late coming, checking the completeness of forms submitted to the GO.
