Job Description:

  • Handle enquiries and respond to customer's feedback in a professional manner
  • Manage daily sales transactions and cashier duties
  • Promoting and educating customers on our programmes and products
  • To gather data on all enquiries and input it into the admissions database
  • Arrange lesson schedules with parents and teachers, and submit grade examination applications
  • Maintain the list of office inventories and monitor the re-order level to ensure a continuous supply.
  • Other ad-hoc assignments when necessary

Working hours:

  • Wednesday to Sunday from 9:30am to 6:30pm

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in administrative or relevant field
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people
  • Customer-oriented, well-organised, meticulous with problem-solving skills
  • High initiative, independence and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Team player ability to work well with employees at all levels
  • A hands-on person that is proactive, driven and resourceful
