Job Description

  • Answer, screen, or forward telephone calls providing information, or taking messages.
  • Greet visitors entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
  • Facilitate planned events, such as directing caters, logistics arrangements, etc.
  • Send information or documents to customers, using e-mails or traditional mailing methods.
  • Provide information about the company, such as location of the office, employees within the organization, or services provided.
  • Perform administrative support tasks, such as restocking the pantry, photocopying documents, upkeeping of records, etc.
  • Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Computer literate and tech savvy
  • Experience in planning company events
  • Good communication skills and pleasant disposition
