Job Description
Greet and attend to Company's guests & walk-in guests and assist in serving beverages during the absence of Tea Lady and/or when required
Manage incoming calls, route them to the relevant departments appropriately and take detailed messages when needed
Handle incoming mails, invoices, courier services and deliveries
Maintain and update office records, files, databases, internal Company phone list
Keep track of stationery inventory and photocopier machine accessories and make re-orders when required
Support the HR department in IT & administrative duties
Adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Preferably with relevant working experience as a receptionist
GCE N/O/ITE graduates
Good personality and pleasant disposition
Good work attitude
