Job Description


  • Attend to visitors and screen incoming phone calls before transferring to the relevant person.
  • Mail Room - Handle huge number of In & Out mails, record keeping, disseminating posts and faxes to respective personnel.
  • Ordering office stationery, marketing material & pantry supplies.
  • Coordinate the reservation of meeting rooms. To check with users the number of attendees and prepare beverages when necessary.
  • Set up large team meetings, including organizing catering when needed
  • Ensure meeting rooms are kept tidy and neat at all times.
  • Manage equipment servicing schedule for office equipment, photocopier, water dispenser, etc
  • Any other duties as assigned by partners.
  • Exposure in Law firm will be an advantage

  • Minimum GCE O Level
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Professional appearance and disposition, corporate office environment dress code and possess excellent interpersonal skills
