Location: Changi
Contract Duration: 2 Years (till June 2028)
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-6:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional front desk service by greeting and assisting visitors
- Handle incoming calls, route messages, and respond to enquiries
- Manage visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Receive, record, and sort mail/deliveries escalate suspicious items when required
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the reception area and equipment
- Monitor staff movements to support visitor coordination
- Manage inventory and consumables for the reception area
- Perform administrative and ad hoc clerical duties
- Support boardroom meetings (attendee coordination, setup, and liaison)
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level with at least 3 credits (including English)
- Prior receptionist or office-related experience preferred
- Professional, well-groomed, and customer-service oriented
