Job Description

Working Hours

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am - 6:00pm

  • Fridays: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O Level

  • Some working experience as a receptionist is required experience or certification in office skills is preferred.

  • Ability to project a professional image for Changi Airport Group.

  • Strong commitment to delivering courteous, professional, and high-quality customer service at all times.

  • Punctual, reliable, and able to maintain a presentable appearance in accordance with CAG grooming standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome, greet, and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate persons or locations.

  • Handle incoming telephone calls efficiently, determine the purpose of calls, and route calls or relay messages accurately.

  • Attend to enquiries from members of the public and internal stakeholders responsively and professionally.

  • Monitor visitor access at the reception counter and maintain security awareness at all times.

  • Receive, record, and sort incoming mail and deliveries escalate suspicious parcels to the Airport Police Division as required.

  • Display daily newspapers and other publications at the reception area.

  • Ensure the reception area remains tidy, presentable, and operationally ready, including checking that all reception equipment is in proper working condition.

  • Manage and control inventory and consumables relevant to the reception area.

  • Provide general administrative and ad-hoc clerical support as required.

  • Provide on-site support for management meetings held in the Board Room, including receiving and directing attendees, assisting with basic meeting setup (e.g., signage, stationery, refreshments coordination), and providing liaison support before, during, and after meetings.
