Responsible for managing front desk reception duties
Manage switchboard phone calls and attend to visitors
Coordinate meetings with clients
Ensure the guests are well-served
Ensure overall office cleanliness
Arrange outgoing mails / courier services and handle incoming mails
Maintain stationery and pantry supplies in office
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree with at least 3-4 years of receptionist & admin experience
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Pleasant personality & pro-active
Good team player & able to interact well with all levels of staff
Proficient in MS Office Applications
