Working Hours
- Mon-Thu: 6:30am - 4:00pm (incl. 1hr lunch)
- Fri: 6:30am - 3:30pm (incl. 1hr lunch)
- No weekends or public holidays
Scope of Duties
- Man reception counter in the General Office
- Answer and direct phone calls attend to walk-in enquiries from students, visitors and suppliers
- Maintain and update filing, records and inventory
- Manage lost & found items and delivery of goods
- Maintain sickbay records care for sick students including early dismissal and basic first aid
- Manage student matters: class/student photos, NRIC applications, health/dental checks, QSE surveys, school events
- Pack pamphlets, leaflets and souvenirs assist teachers-in-charge
- Liaise with teachers when goods arrive
- Secretarial tasks: arranging appointments, organising meetings, calling parents on fee arrears
- Upkeep of School Leaders rooms and General Office pantry
- Other admin duties as directed by School Leaders and Admin Manager
Requirements
- Good spoken and written English
- Secondary school education (minimum)
- Preferably 3 years receptionist/admin experience in a school environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office able to operate school e-applications (e.g. early release, late coming systems)
- Team player, able to work independently, positive attitude
