Salary: $12/hr or $2500 to $3000
Key Responsibilities
- Visitor Management: Greet, welcome, and direct visitors to appropriate staff maintain visitor logs for security.
- Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls take messages and handle general inquiries.
- Scheduling: Manage and update calendars, book meeting rooms, and schedule appointments for staff.
- Admin support: Handle office correspondence (mail, faxes, emails), data entry, filing, and other clerical duties.
- Office maintenance: Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and well-stocked with supplies.
