. Answering phone calls within 3 rings and transferring calls to the relevant department
. Calling and assisting to schedule appointments for Managing Director
. Checking of mailbox, faxes and email & forwarding them to relevant department
. Purchasing and keeping inventory stock of stationaries, name cards & envelopes
. Welcome visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them accordingly
. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
. Updating of phone list & disseminate to other team members
. Keeps the reception area clean and tidy
. Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
